This site provides curated, OCR'd, translated declassified UFO/UAP records and editorial content. The underlying government documents are largely public domain; the site's value-added content (curation, translation, roundups, deep-dive articles) is copyrighted by the site.

A Premium subscription grants a personal, non-commercial right to view and download for research and personal use. Bulk reposting, resale or redistribution of the value-added content is not permitted.

Content is provided for informational and research purposes only and does not constitute findings of fact or professional advice.

Subscriptions are processed by our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy), which collects payment and handles receipts/taxes on our behalf.

Monthly/annual plans can be cancelled anytime in the customer portal; access continues until the end of the current period and does not renew.

Digital content is delivered on unlock and is generally non-refundable; if you contact us within 14 days of purchase and have not extensively accessed paid content, refunds are considered case by case.

The Lifetime (Founder) plan is a one-time purchase; refunds may be requested within 14 days if not extensively accessed.

We collect only what's needed to run the service: your email (sign-in), subscription status, and essential technical logs.

Payment data is handled by Lemon Squeezy; we never see or store your card details.

Sign-in and sessions are provided by Supabase; we use essential cookies to keep you logged in.

You can request access to or deletion of your account data at any time — contact us by email.
